From free classes around town and scholarship memberships to local artist collaborations and milestone celebrations, we're proud to create space where wellness is accessible and joyful for everyone. OUTDOOR YOGA
Ready for some outdoor yoga? Toasty Asana has partnered with Carlisle Parks & Recreation to offer free community yoga at Thornwald Park on Wednesday evenings this summer.
Join us from 7–8 PM every Wednesday between Memorial Day and Labor Day for a beginner-friendly outdoor class designed to help you move, breathe, and connect with the wider Carlisle yoga community.
This class is free, open to yogis ages 10 and up, and a great way to enjoy movement in a relaxed outdoor setting.
Please bring:
a yoga mat, water bottle, and towel or blanket for extra comfort on the grass.

BEAT YOUR BEST
Summer Challenge
This July & August, we’re challenging ourselves — not each other.
Your goal is to take more classes than you did the month before. In July, beat your June total. In August, beat your July total.
Add a sticker for every class you take, and once you pass your previous month’s total, every 2 extra classes earns you 1 raffle ticket.
Prize: A handmade Toasty tote bag, made with love by Elizabeth’s mom.
Example: June = 6 classes | July = 8 classes → 1 raffle ticket
