POWER FLOW

Intermediate - Advanced
Prepared to be challenged in this Power Flow class. Students will flow through an instructed Vinyasa flow that changes from class to class focusing on more advanced postures. This class is based on an intermediate knowledge of yoga flows, so students should come already knowing how to integrate props to help the individual student achieve their practice.

SIGNATURE FLOW

All Levels
This is a set sequence flow, that is the same in each Signature Flow class. This class can be approached by all students, but ideally students who have a basic understanding of yoga poses. The class is structured on a Vinyasa style flow and is presented purposefully to help students new to hot yoga adjust to practicing in a heated space. Giving students the opportunity to complete the same sequence class to class allows for measured improvement and successes to help mark advancement in a student's practice.

SLOW FLOW

Beginner - Intermediate
Offered at a mid-temperature and geared for new to intermediate students, this class will still be a challenging practice as students learn Vinyasa yoga flows. Students should have a basic familiarity with yoga, and props will be used to help students access more challenging postures as their practice develops.

STRETCH & RESTORE

All Levels
This class will offer students of all levels an opportunity to work on their flexibility. This class would be great as an intro to gentle yoga, or for athletes who might need dedicated time to work on muscle flexion. After an active all body warm up (approximately 20 minutes long), the class will then spend most of its time focusing on holding stretches, ending with some restorative yoga poses.

BEGINNER FLOW

For brand new to yoga students (hot or otherwise), or for yoga students who have not had a regular practice, this class is offered at a cooler heated setting and will focus on yoga pose foundational alignments.

QUICK FLOW
95° F
30 minutes
All Levels
In need of a speedy class that'll still get your heart rate up? Or perhaps you're looking to dip your toes into the 105 degree setting? The Quick Flow is for you. Only 30 minutes long, this Vinyasa based class in our highest heat setting will take you through a shortened yoga class at a faster pace. Although open to all, a basic understanding of yoga fundamentals is recommended.
