Built By You, For You: The Toasty Fall Schedule

As we continue through our first year as an operating small business, we’re excited to share something that has been slowly taking shape all summer: our updated fall schedule.
And the best part?
You helped build it.
Throughout June, July, and August, Toasty students showed up for pop-ups, workshops, special classes, and two in-studio surveys. You tried new class formats. You explored different styles of practice. You gave feedback, placed stickers, asked questions, shared opinions, and helped us better understand what this community is looking for.

What emerged from that process is a schedule that truly feels built by the Toasty community, for the Toasty community.
The biggest message we heard was clear: you want challenge, and you want space to rest.
So, beginning after Labor Day, on Tuesday, September 8, we’re shifting into a fall schedule designed to hold both.
You’ll see more opportunities for strength and effort, including additional Power Flow classes and our new Pulse Flow format — a yoga-sculpt-inspired class that blends movement, music, strength, and sweat.
You’ll also see more room for slowing down, softening, and restoring, with Stretch & Restore continuing on the schedule and a new Stretch & Yin class joining the lineup.
And of course, Beginner Flow, Signature Flow, and Slow Flow will continue to be well represented, giving students a full range of ways to practice — whether you’re building confidence, seeking consistency, working toward challenge, or simply needing a place to breathe.
As we looked at the feedback, another idea began to emerge: what if each day at Toasty had a theme?
Not a rigid rule. Not a box anyone has to fit into. Just a little intention to help shape the energy of each day, the classes offered, and the way students understand what they’re walking into.
Here’s what you can expect this fall.
Sunday: Reset
Everyone needs a reset before the workweek begins.
Sundays at Toasty are designed to help you come back to yourself through steady practice, whole-body movement, and a supportive community. Whether you need to move, breathe, sweat, soften, or simply prepare your mind for Monday, Sunday is here to help you reset.
Monday: Reliable
Mondays can be hard, so we want Mondays at Toasty to feel reliable.
These classes are designed to offer consistency at the beginning of your week — familiar rhythms, steady movement, and a place where you know what to expect. Start the week by grounding yourself in something supportive.
Tuesday: Skill Development
On Tuesdays, we practice with repetition.
Each month, Tuesday classes will focus on a flow, skill, or movement pattern that students can return to week after week. You’ll have the chance to learn the rhythm of the class, build confidence, refine transitions, and explore new asanas or skills in a meaningful way.
Progress does not always come from doing something new every time. Sometimes it comes from returning, noticing, and trying again.
Wednesday: Midweek Challenge
You asked for more spice — so here it is.
Wednesdays are for challenge. These classes will keep you moving, invite you to explore your edge, and offer opportunities to build strength, stamina, focus, and courage. Expect effort, breath, sweat, and a supportive room cheering you on as you try.
Thursday: Rebalance
One message we heard often this summer was simple: balance is hard.
We get it.
Thursdays at Toasty are designed around the idea of rebalancing — in the body, in the breath, and in the mind. These classes will explore what balance means, where it shows up in our practice, and how we can steady ourselves before heading into the weekend.
Friday: Community
Fridays are intentionally light.
Yoga is always about meeting yourself on your mat, but it also invites us to notice the larger communities we belong to: the people practicing beside us, the neighborhood we live in, and the town we share.
Fridays are a chance to move, connect, and then step back into the community around us. Take class, make a friend, grab coffee, share a meal, or simply enjoy the start of the weekend with a little more ease.
Saturday: Explore
The first day of the weekend deserves a little exploration.
Saturdays at Toasty are designed for curiosity: exploring building blocks of familiar postures, trying new transitions, learning different approaches to asana, and giving yourself permission to practice with an open mind.
Come ready to discover something new — not because you have to perfect it, but because exploration is part of the practice.

Our hope is that this fall schedule helps you bring yoga into your life in a way that feels meaningful, sustainable, and supportive.
Whether you’re looking for challenge, rest, routine, community, or a little bit of everything, there is a place for you here.
We’ll see you on the mat.
